Vector symbols designed for Tuan Phan's Studio 1 class based on a movement of our choice. I chose the Women's rights movement in North America as my focus. The first set of symbols are my top three out of all iterations.
The process for this project consisted of creating nine symbols associated with our movement. The first three symbols were based on tracing images we found, the next three were based on hand-drawn references, and the final three were based on abstract icons. We then combined elements from each set of symbols to create three new symbols, making twelve symbols in total.
